$150 for standard processing (certificate will be returned within 10 business days from receipt of payment).
$200 for rush processing (certificate will be returned within 3 business days from receipt of payment).
The individual requesting the certificate is responsible for the amount due, as stated above. PAYMENTS ARE DUE UPON REQUEST.
We do not accept online payments. Payments must be made in the form of a check or money order and mailed to the address below:
