The Condominium Seller’s Certificate is a standard document we have on file (no need to email us a copy).

There is a charge associated with the completion of this document as follows:

$150 standard processing (10 days)

$200 rush processing (3 business days)

Payment must be received before we process your request. As a homeowner, you may pay via your online portal. You or another party may also pay via check mailed to PO Box 3019, Louisville, KY 40201 or dropped off to our office at 522 W. Ormsby Ave., Louisville, KY 40203.
